The River Festival is such an important event in the Brisbane.
The Brisbane River runs through the heart of the city and is
an integral part of the city's identity. The River festival is
celebrated every year with a 10 day program that takes place
across various locations across the city. Programs range from
exhibitions, live musical events, theater performances and
sporting events.
The festivities get underway on the opening night with the spectacular fireworks display over the river.

in fact, this is my first time to use a canon DSLR, 350D, to shoot.
Also, it is my first experience in shooting firework show.

I think I could only get 5 out 10 for those pics. But that is a wonderful experience for me.
I regard it as a kind of preparation for the SYD new year fire show.
Anyway, if people want to visit a boring city like Brisbane.
I do recommend to come during the river festival period.
